All data is stored and processed exclusively on infrastructure located within India. We do not transfer personal data outside Indian borders. Our infrastructure providers are Indian cloud services compliant with DPDP Act 2023 requirements. This ensures complete data sovereignty for all users, particularly important for government and enterprise clients.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with: infrastructure service providers necessary to operate our platform (bound by confidentiality agreements); legal authorities when required by Indian law or court order; affiliated entities within Chandorkar Technologies for operational purposes.

6. AI Model Training

User queries and interactions may be used to improve our AI models unless you explicitly opt out. Enterprise tier customers can request complete data isolation where their queries are never used for model improvement. You may opt out of model training by contacting us at contact@vikasit.ai.

7. Data Retention

Account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Query data and conversation logs are retained for 30 days by default unless a longer retention period is configured by the user. Usage analytics are retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to: access your personal data held by us; correct inaccurate personal data; request deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent for data processing; nominate a representative to exercise your rights.
