Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

Note: This document is a template provided for transparency and is pending review by legal counsel. It does not yet constitute final legal advice or a binding agreement.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vikasit Code — the CLI, desktop applications, web console, and OpenAI-compatible API (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Chandorkar Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Generate or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or is malicious, abusive, or illegal.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Circumvent usage limits, billing, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

You are responsible for the code, prompts, and content you submit and for your use of any output.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Pro (subscription). Pro is a recurring monthly subscription offered in Lite ($10/month), Pro ($50/month), and Max ($100/month) tiers, each with defined usage limits and model access. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Go (pay-as-you-go). Go is billed per token used, by model tier, with no monthly commitment and no minimum spend. Charges accrue based on your actual usage.
  • Payment. Fees are charged through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Third-Party Providers

The Service supports bringing your own keys (BYOK) for third-party LLM providers. Your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, output, or pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service. The CLI is built on open-source software, which remains subject to its respective licenses. As between you and us, you retain rights to your own code and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Output

Output is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before relying on it. We make no representation that output is original, correct, or free of third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chandorkar Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction placeholder — to be confirmed by legal], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
